• Little League Volunteer Form 2017 This form MUST be completed by all managers, coaches, team moms and any other parent/volunteer that will have contact with team players anytime during the season. The manager is responsible for gathering these forms and turning them into their player agent.
 
• Team Roster Form - to be turned in by team mom at photo day to get your team's hats.
 
• Security Compliance Form - This form must be completed by each team manager and turned into the league 15 days prior to the beginning of the season.
